Should this text appear on your screen: URL not found or not able to find this site; the problem can be solved by changing the following settings in your firewall.
Your computer is still protected from hacker attacks.

1. Start the Norton Personal Firewall through a doubleclick on the icon on your desktop.

2. Choose the option Privacy Control in the window above on the left side.

3. In the next window choose the button "Custom level".

4. In the window "Customize Privacy Settings" please remove the tick from the "Enable Browser Privacy" box and confirm by clicking OK.

After closing the Firewall window. You should have no further problems entering our shop.
