Terms of Business

Additional to our regular Terms of Business the following are valid for our
Wine Broking Service.

1. The wines offered through our Wine Broking Service are clearly marked as
such.

2. These wines are not being sold by Paulson Rare Wine but on behalf of the
Supplier.

3. Paulson Rare Wine can not accept any liability on behalf of the Supplier.
Any claims on liability can only be done towards the Supplier.

4. Paulson Rare Wine is only allowed to disclose the name and address of the
Supplier to the Buyer in the case of rightful interest.

5. The prices are end-prices and do not include any Sales Tax/VAT and these
can therefore not be deducted.
